Rick Hoefer, our Plant Manager, oversees our manufacturing facility on Bainbridge Island and is responsible for maintaining its high quality output. A longtime Kingston-area resident, Rick has been with Peninsula Door & Millwork since 1999 and also spends a great deal of time at customer’s job sites consulting, measuring and ensuring an accurate project .
Rick Wessling, Senior Craftsman, has been with us for over ten years. Rick designs and creates beautiful custom finish work including custom mantels, bookcases, corbels, bars and wine racks, and cabinetry for unique applications. His lifelong love of working with wood will show in the pride you will feel in owning one of his creations.
Bobby Priest, Finish Foreman since 2004, has an eye for detail and is meticulous about the quality of his finishes. Bobby, raised in Palm Springs, California, comes from a family of prefinish professionals who know how to create perfect results for your job. Bobby is assisted by Colin Kelsey, Mike Gordon, Bill Wilkerson, all quality-conscious specialists who care about your order, and Jason Oberquell will make sure your material is delivered on time.
Cauis Charnell, Sales Specialist, with over 25 years local experience in door and window sales, consults with customers at our showroom in east Bremerton. His years of experience ensure your satisfaction throughout the project, from our free on-site measuring service to a competitive estimate through final production and delivery of the material to your job site.
Marla Kelly, Business Manager, has been with us since 2003 and handles accounting, billing and manages our credit programs.
